Educate!, a high-growth and award-winning non-profit social enterprise, seeks 40 high-potential individuals to join our transformative training program.
Are you a driven graduate or professional eager to make a lasting impact? This immersive 3-week experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to launch a fulfilling career in social entrepreneurship.
You will learn from experts how to create and lead experiential and impactful training programs, identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and build skills to mobilize others and influence meaningful change in your community. This is also an opportunity to connect with like-minded change-makers.
There will be immediate job opportunities for 20 outstanding training participants.
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Business Education preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Tanzania education system
- Experience in or familiarity with Dar es Salaam, Pwani, Morogoro
- Commitment to a 3-week training in Dar es Salaam within the month of May 2025.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proficiency in productivity tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, 35 years and below
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teachers, business mentors, and secondary school students, is a plus
