What is FTNA results?
FTNA (Form Two National Assessent) is a formative evaluation which intends to monitor students’ learning in order to provide feedback that teachers, students and other educational stakeholders can use to improve teaching and learning. FTNA is supervised by National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
NECTA is responsible for the administration of all National Examinations and Assessments in Tanzania. Including SFNA, PSLE, FTNA, CSEE, ACSEE, GATCE, DSEE and GATSCCE.
The subjects included, seven core subjects, which are Civics, History, Geography, Kiswahili, English Language, Biology and Basic Mathematics.
Optional subjects are: Arabic Language, Agriculture, Engineering Science, Home Economics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Drawing, Building Construction, Architectural Draughting, Civil Engineering Surveying and Woodwork and Painting Engineering.
How to check FTNA 2024 results
There are two ways to check FTNA 2024 results, which online and via SMS
How to check FTNA 2024 results Online
Step 1: Visit the official NECTA website at www.necta.go.tz
Step 2: Click on the “Results” option tab from the main menu. This will take you to the Results page, where you will find all the available results.
Step 3: On the Results tab, select the “Exam Type” as FTNA.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select the “Year”.
Step 5: Finally, click on the “link” button and wait for the website to redirect you to the result
How to check FTNA 2024 via SMS
Step 1: Dial *152*00#,
Step 2: Choose no 8.ELIMU then no 2.NECTA.
